What Standard Porta Potty Rental Covers
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to Standard Porta Potty Rental services provided by Colorado Toilet Pros in Sterling, Colorado. The service includes the portable toilet units, delivery, placement, servicing, and pickup expressly listed in your approved estimate or written order.
The customer must provide accurate site details, safe access, and a suitable placement area. A request for additional units, more frequent servicing, special access, or a different rental period requires a separate written agreement and may change the charge.
Standard rental does not automatically include accessible units, handwashing equipment, restroom trailers, permits, or wastewater disposal beyond the stated service. Construction customers remain responsible for workplace sanitation under OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51; general sanitation rules are addressed by OSHA 29 CFR 1910.141.
Accessible routes and toilet facilities are subject to applicable 2010 ADA Standards, including §§ 206.2.4 and 604. Public-property placement requires any needed City of Sterling or Logan County permission. Wastewater may not be discharged unlawfully under the Clean Water Act or Colorado Regulation 43.
Booking, Changes, and Cancellations
Appointments and delivery dates are set with Colorado Toilet Pros and confirmed after the customer provides the service address, requested dates, unit count, and site access details. Delivery and pickup timing may depend on route availability, weather, road conditions, and safe access.
Tell us promptly if a gate, surface, placement area, or site schedule changes. The customer should provide as much notice as possible for cancellation or a date change; any applicable cancellation charge or deadline will be stated in the estimate or written order before approval.
A request that changes the rental period, unit count, placement, servicing frequency, or other agreed work is a scope change. We will explain any price or scheduling effect and obtain the customer’s approval before proceeding with that added work.
Unapproved changes are not part of the original order. If conditions prevent safe delivery or service, we will contact the customer to discuss a reasonable alternative or revised schedule. A conversation about a change does not alter the order unless both sides confirm it in writing.
Written Estimates and Payment
Colorado Toilet Pros provides an estimate based on the information supplied about location, rental dates, unit quantity, access, and requested servicing. The estimate describes the included work and any known additional charges.
It is not a final agreement until the customer accepts it and the company confirms the order. If site conditions or customer requests differ from the information used to prepare the estimate, the price or schedule may need to be revised.
Payment timing and accepted payment methods will be stated in the estimate, invoice, or written order. The customer is responsible for paying the agreed charges by the stated due date.
Before work outside the approved scope begins, we will explain the added cost and request approval. Customers are not responsible for unapproved additions.
If an invoice appears incorrect, contact us promptly with the order details so we can review it. No specific price, payment plan, or financing offer is promised by these terms; the written estimate and confirmed order govern the transaction.
What We Stand Behind
Colorado Toilet Pros will provide the rental services described in the confirmed order. These terms do not create a separate workmanship warranty or promise a fixed coverage period. Any written warranty, service commitment, or correction arrangement applies only if it is included in the estimate, order, or another written agreement and identifies its scope and duration.
Contact us promptly if a unit or service appears inconsistent with the confirmed order. Include the service address, date, and a clear description so we can review the concern.
Coverage or corrective work may not apply to damage, loss, misuse, relocation, blocked access, unsafe site conditions, or interference caused by the customer or another party. Normal wear and conditions outside our control are also not a workmanship issue.
Nothing in this section removes rights that cannot legally be waived. A verbal discussion does not expand or replace written warranty terms; any agreed change must be documented by Colorado Toilet Pros and the customer.
Responsibility and Limits on Claims
To the extent allowed by law, Colorado Toilet Pros’ responsibility for a claim related to the rental service is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing site conditions, inaccurate information supplied by the customer, unsafe access, or damage caused by others. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, including liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Customers must arrange suitable placement and any required permission for use of public property in Sterling. Applicable sanitation and access requirements may include OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 and 1910.141, and 2010 ADA Standards §§ 206.2.4 and 604.
Wastewater must not be discharged without authorization under the Clean Water Act; Colorado Regulation 43 may govern onsite wastewater systems. These references do not certify that a site or service meets every legal requirement.
Customers should confirm requirements with the relevant authority, including the City of Sterling, Logan County when applicable, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, or the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.

Dylan Mercer
Service Expert at Colorado Toilet Pros
I started this company after years working around construction and agricultural jobs in Sterling, where dependable restroom access can make a long workday more manageable. I learned to plan deliveries around changing jobsite access, busy seasonal schedules, and the wind, snow, and cold that come with northeastern Colorado weather.
